Garlic and oregano steamed chicken

This is one of the healthiest ways of cooking chicken, and also very tasty one!


Ingredients:
600g of chicken breast, sliced in halfs (or other chicken parts)
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 brown onion, cut into quoters
a small bunch of fresh oregano stems, leaves picked and roughly chopped
salt and pepper

Method:
Place chicken peaces inside medium sauce pan, add about 1/4 cup of water (or just enough to cover the bottom of the pan). Add onion, garlic and oregano to the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover the sauce pan with the lid and cook on the stove top on medium for about 20 min or until soft and cooked.

Tip:
Serve with pasta or rice and veggies you like.
